The victim was pronounced deceased at 1:19 AM from a gunshot wound to the chest, according to police.

Police are reviewing camera footage to track the victim's movements before the shooting.

We have a GSW at Temple. It came out on our board as a hospital case, 29 and Ridge, location. I do have a unit on location that said it's a little bit of a medical equipment and dry blood on the northwest corner.
