Attention all units, information on a 417 that occurred 15 to 20 ago, 2801 Franklin Boulevard, 4A. The complainant saw a resident that lives in one of the houses behind Gunther's Ice Cream in a 415 with a customer at the ice cream shop. Then pulled out a pocket knife on the customer. There were no injuries and no 245 aspect. Caller only saw a 417. The subject with the knife was male, Hispanic, early 50s, 6'3", 6'4", heavy build, short hair, white shirt, and Louis Vuitton print shirt. Shorts.
