Billy Creek 25 and next for a theft. 25. We'll be starting to the Walgreens, 4515 South 900 East. Complainant was a customer at the location, advised someone stole their dog about 20 minutes ago. Suspect's going to be a white female, long black hair, pulling a black wagon, wearing a pink tank top and black shorts. Last seen northbound on 900 East. The complainant's going to be waiting on foot in a black shirt, blue shorts. She also has pink hair. Advise she doesn't have a cell phone perp.
