1319 Bike 8, Alderstown proximity, 415 weapons, 100 Capitol Mall. There's a male swinging his belt at people on Capitol Mall and yelling at them. No one's been hit as far as complainant can tell. Male, white, 35 to 40, 5 foot 9 to 5 foot 10, 150 pounds with no shirt, and his pants falling down, exposing himself. Complainant's no longer in the area. 415 weapons, 100 Capitol Mall, 3M. Sam 3 to copy. Sam 3, I copy that. Security 432, can you show me 906 in the area?
