That young man is standing strong!!! The protocols that the nypd is atrocious!!!! That bully could’ve been out already!!!! Sad that this had to happen but the parent(s) need to take this to court & the community needs to come together to end this bull!!! Even if you’re not a first responder, this is disgusting behavior!!!! No matter where you’re at, every victim should be treated the same!!!
