Authority of transit district. Authority of transit 30 Sergeant, call on level 1 mobilization in regards to confirmed 30 at Lafayette Avenue, C train station, by Fulton Street. Weapon simulated, chain and phone was taken. Mobilization point is Lafayette C line. Looking for male, Black, possibly albino, light-skinned, blonde hair, wearing all black, first time found.
