Harrison 331. In front of Airway Billiards, 2611 Needmore. Complainant is in a silver Chevy Malibu, and there's two black females in a white van that are blocking the road and hit the complainant's vehicle. Threw liquid all over it and tried to get into the complainant's car. No weapons seen. The females seem intoxicated. Also seems like a road rage issue. Thanks for watching.
