2323 and 2312 for an impaired person. 23. Going to be at 7029 Britton Avenue. Complainant advised that their neighbor is extremely intoxicated, is attempting to drive away from the location. Still on scene arguing with a girlfriend who's trying to make sure he doesn't drive off. He's going to be a Timothy Perkins, male, white, 50s, 6'1", thin-build, in a t-shirt, blue jeans. No mention of any weapons. We're just awaiting a vehicle description. 2323 and 2312. 23, I copy. I copy.
