Motorcycles, 1300 South Dawson Avenue in Averill Park. Suspect located on the southeast corner of the park on 14th and Waymouth on a black electric motorcycle is driving above 25 miles per hour on the grass and pathway. Suspects are two male, Blacks, approximately 14 years, wearing all black clothing. Modern Conference for additional, it's Code 2, incident 3966, RD 561.
