Radio broadcast at I-480 West and Ridge exit. I-480 West and the Ridge exit. We have people having an altercation at the Ridge exit ramp. They're blocking the ramp. Three cars on scene attempting to ram each other and speeding, racing each other. Checked for a white SUV, a white Tesla, and a red SUV. Looks like they're chasing each other. And a fourth vehicle is on scene.
