Cars in unit 10-1, 85 East Wacker at the London House. A homeless male who keeps harassing the patrons is in the hotel. He's been banned from there. He went inside of the building by the Land of Lakes restaurant and continues to harass customers. Male, Black, 5'8", dark complexion, royal blue shirt and black jeans.
