No, the child walking in the street alone was an African-American two year-old child over off of cherry. I think this was some type of a domestic disturbance. I seen the police speaking with a gentleman when I pulled up and he immediately left and then they were still speaking with a lady that was inside possibly could’ve beenthe mother.
