Threatened complainant to watch him when he leaves or will damage his car. Last seen walking to the light rail just south. It's going to be a short, 5'5", Hispanic female with a bra, cut-off shirt. Has two chihuahuas, brown and white, with a backpack. She's refusing to leave. She was last seen by the tactical business. It's 630 Anthony.
