4249. 3630 Reading Road, Hirsch Community Center. Complainant advised, juveniles were thrown in rocks at vehicles that were passing. It was three male, Blacks, 8 years old, in black clothing. Complainant's window got hit and damaged. They're waiting at the location of Silver GMC. Complainant did advise that kids ran off in two. 3639 Reading Road. 3630 Reading Road. 4249. 4249, copy.
