Go ahead.Copy, I got a 651 at 4014 West Whispering Wind Drive, 24600 North. The neighbor's pit bull was seen wandering in the neighborhood. Complainant put the dog back in the garage at the above 20. The garage door is cracked open, but doesn't have AC. Unknown if the dog has food or water, and the complainant hasn't seen the neighbors for two days. There is no further information.
