10-4. Suspicious person, please. 1120 North Central Park, in the alley behind the gas station. She thinks two males are trying to break into the neighbor's house. We're in the neighbor's yard, and when they heard the caller talking, they ran out. Wearing black hoodies. They had something white on their face. There's a male trying to jump a fence. The other male was the lookout. There was a female in the corner that looked like a drug addict. Both were wearing white bandanas on their face, possibly. Unknown if they had a vehicle.
