1 Charlie 38. 38. 38, show you en route to 925, 1334 East 1st Street for a male, White in the alleyway, in his 30s, blonde, shoulder-length hair, black shirt, unknown pants. Looks like a few weeks ago, he was caught on camera stealing mail from the CP's apartment building. When the CP pulled up today, the subject was sitting in the alley and quickly reached for a knife that he had on him. CP thinks he also has a taser on him. Believes that he's casing. Wants to move him to the... so long.
