It's going to be either a Hispanic male or a Black male, short hair, about 5'5", 10-6 foot, wearing a gray shirt, gray jogger pants, and white shoes. He was last seen on foot towards Bridge Street around 746.I 24th district, report of theft in progress, 3901 Aramingo Ave at the Wawa. It's going to be in reference to a Black male, light-complected, dreadlocks, dark green hoodie, denim jeans, took multiple packs of items.
