David 14. David 14, I just received a call for attempt stolen auto, 1515 North Charles Street, Penn Station Garage, first level. Amtrak police contacted us and stated they're requesting for backup from Baltimore PD. Three juveniles on site attempting to break into vehicles inside the garage. Amtrak PD is en route. Stated it's three number one males, one wearing a gray hoodie, the other one wearing a white t-shirt. There's nothing further on this.
