Interesting. When I called Phoenix PD to report someone I have an injunction against harassment on, I got questions about my mental health. Meanwhile, someone is reportedly driving 80 mph and putting the public at risk. Hopefully they check on that driver's mental health too, since dangerous behavior seems to raise concerns.
