Radio broadcast, I have an upgraded code 1 at West 45th Street and Franklin Boulevard. That's West 45th Street and Franklin Boulevard. We have a 8-year-old that is trying to run away, Emmanuel Valpando. Date of birth is in the CAD. Caller is currently following this juvenile on foot. States she has a 2-year-old at home with the older sister. The male is trying to run away and attacking and biting her. Caller's afraid he's going to get hit by a car running around.
