3431, suspicious. 3431. Anonymous complainant, 2675 Earlene Drive, says when they drove into the parking lot, there were people in a dark gray Ford SUV that had extra license plates on them. Thinks that they are maybe stealing plates out of the lot. Four male blacks in their 20s, one was wearing a white shirt with black pants in the area of a dark gray Ford SUV. 2675 Earlene, 3431. 31, we copy.
