Radio CAT service, 05-677 East Shields, apartment 111, RP advising, possible DV at this location. The neighbors came over. Male said, asked for a tissue, had a big laceration on his hand and said that the female broke a bottle in his hand. Male went back into the apartment. Any unit to respond?
