32.On your way out the station, 57 North Avenue and Clybourn. Male, White, 5'7", black cap, blue jacket, khaki pants, suffers from dementia. Just left home and walked off. Now he's hitting cars. Caller says he has blonde hair, wearing a beige jacket and black pants.
