3 O time on 1. Hello, we have a suspicious incident, West 12th and Vine Street. The male parked a grayish Mazda hatchback with a Florida plate and then ran from the vehicle. Male black, 20 to 30, 6 foot, 220 pounds, purple, white, and black clothing. Last seen possibly northbound on Vine or east on 12. 79, that driver is wanted for felony drug investigation as well as fleeing in a loony. I copy. Copy, did you say he went north on Vine? Affirmative. Alright, I'll check the cameras in the area.
