12. Uh, this is a third party caller. Caller advised saw an individual pulling a knife on somebody. Yeah, suspect is wearing a white hoodie with a hood on top with a black book bag and the victim's wearing a, wearing all black. So, I'm just canvassing. 10-4.

It says report, male pulled a knife. Says it happened two minutes ago, left on foot, Division, on Division Street towards north.
