That was West 83rd and Madison. Caller states there's a white vehicle, tapes up on the back, keeps pulling up and flattening people's tires. Three black females in the vehicle. Driver has dreads. Female in the rear has curly braids. No description of the female in the passenger seat. States she confronted the female. They got out and tried to fight the caller, then she ran back inside and called police. It's going to be a code 2, 3695, 3695.
