This was a 2 car accident. Black car was eastbound on DV, blue was northbound on I17. Happened right in front of me, I was west bound on DV.

There was two cars when I went through around 7:30pm
lol there was like a 4 car accident this car included probably waiting to be towed. the police did not stop him
