Radio 9061. Go ahead. I'm going to have to pull you over to 18 to help out. I just got a 33A, second to Sergeant, copy. 2162 Fitzroy Drive, apartment A8, Adam 8. Swahili language line was used on the first call. Looks like he hung up when we tried to get him connected. Now he's calling back. He says someone has a knife and something about somebody killing people. Saying there's a very strong language barrier, not responding to the call taker. And it's hard to understand him.
