General broadcast, Marino Loft, 724 Riverside Drive. James, third party's reporting his daughter, Jamie, called him and let him know that there were five to six males outside arguing for about an hour. All of the males had weapons, no weapons out, just in their waistbands. They were all black males wearing all black clothing. Left the location in a silver Chrysler 300, Ohio temp tag, unknown direction of flight. 724 Riverside Drive, Marino Loft, time 2045.
