Taylor's Bill 51 to start on a possible juvenile problem. 51. It's going to be 5148 South Jordan Canal Road, 2850 West. The complainant's advising that an 11 to 13-year-old is riding a tote goat at approximately 60 miles an hour, back and forth on the Jordan Canal. The juvenile is going to be wearing something clothes, driving a blue or black tote goat. Nothing further. Do you want a unit to back?
