1234. 34. 1234, I have a theft just occurred, 21st and Oakley. 21 and Oakley. The caller saw four male, Black, stealing from the liquor store. One, offender number one was wearing black clothing. Offender number two was a male, Black, white t-shirt, black shorts. Offender number three, a male, Black, wearing all black clothing. Last seen going northbound on Oakley. 10-4.
