Radio to 113. 113. 38A just at 1321 Gilbert Street. Male hit caller's vehicle with a bat. Male black, short dreads, black pants, black pants, carrying the bat. Suspect also said he had a 33 on him, but none was seen. Occurred about five minutes ago. Caller has video footage, says the suspect lives in the area.
