Broadcasting Channel 5, in the area of Cliffview and Euclid. That's Cliffview and Euclid Avenue. Be on the lookout for a white Kia Sorento, occupied by approximately four juvenile males. Three wearing all black, one with a red shirt on, unknown what the plate of the vehicle is. Says that they're riding around, getting sexual obscenities out of the window, and also hanging out of the windows. Going about 45 miles per hour up and down residential areas.
