My call for units to break for priority 2 traffic hazard in the 31 Beat. Adam 23, I can check. Adam 23, 10-4. It's a traffic hazard at Mountain View Boulevard and Sunrise, Sunrise and Mountain View. For a black SUV, it was smoking from the tire heading westbound on Mountain View towards Sunrise. 964 did no longer, was no longer able to see the vehicle and did not see if it went north or south on Sunrise.
