Guadalupe base has a male, Black, with short dreadlocks who's upset over a gray Infiniti sedan that was repaired for overheating. The complainant says the vehicle isn't repaired. He's calling people to the shop, making threats against them, no weapons seen. Offender last seen wearing all black, standing in the alley. Nothing further.
