Alarm to companies en route, 5401 South Boulevard. This is going to be at the Family Dollar. Caught by an employee. Said there's smoke coming out of the vents. No flames are visible. They recently had the HVAC system worked on. Also complaining of a strange odor for the last hours. He had a hydrant on scene. Evacuation was advised. Cross streets, Rover Road and Beacon Ridge.
