Engine 54, the caller advised that it was near the Lowe's. It was a small, black, cross-over vehicle. Check, 54. We have checked Germantown Road, around the 430 area. We've also run the Lowe's parking lot, which is Lowe's address. Unable to find any accidents. Check, Engine 54. 54 and 54. 94, 95.
