2-13. I'm going to stack a suspicious person, 1619 West 100th Place in the alleyway. It says there's three unknown males in black hoodies, black clothing that are walking up and down the alley. Caller's concerned due to recent break-in vehicles. They're walking westbound in the alley. 10-4.
