The vehicle and the suspect on scene in the parking lot, it's a 21 dark green Dodge Charger with a plate, 9 Lincoln, Boy, Tom, 4, 9 Brigade. CV says his friend just reported her vehicle stolen an hour ago, now she's using the parking lot. We're still getting no further.
