In Newton Ward 7, we got two domestic disturbance. The first one is going to be 6211 South Wood at the house. Caller states there's a dispute with a male friend inside of her home. Unknown drugs and alcohol, nothing further. The second domestic disturbance is going to be 735 West Garfield. The offender is a male friend trying to break her windows because she won't let him inside. His name is Marcel Barnes, male, Black, 29 years old, last seen wearing a mask, black shirt, blue pants, unknown weapons, drugs, alcohol, nothing further.
