He was last seen on a electric bike with a food delivery bag on the back of it. Again, black male, pink shirt, multi-colored hat, tan boots, with a green electric bike.

The units in their travels keep an eye out for a black male wearing a pink t-shirt, multi-colored hat, tan boots. Last seen riding a green e-bike with a food delivery bag on the back. Last seen westbound from 1200 block of Cecil B. Moore approximately half hour ago. Wanted for two different indecent assaults at this time. Oh.
