Units, information on a 23103 that just came in at Carson and Clark, Clark and Carson. It's last seen westbound Carson FM ago. Silver BMW, plate of 97 Frank Boy 575. We're getting no record on file for that plate, but it's got loud exhaust. It's cutting vehicles off and changing lanes at a high rate of speed. It's almost chasing into several vehicles. Again, it's a 23103 call that just came in, call number 1034.
