213 George for traffic. 213 George. It's a 415 John, 2569 East Quiet Hollow Lane, 24000 North. Two kids, 14 to 16 years old, with blue helmets. One's a white and blue dirt bike and second's a black e-bike. They're riding through a walking path over H-8 property. Caller thinks they live at the 20 and caller has footage to show.
