13 Edward, coming in, 5637 Pawnee, near Wichita. We have a complainant about a vehicle revving an engine. It's driving recklessly through the area at high speeds. It's a black Infiniti. The suspect is Dakota Davis, Hispanic male about 19 years old, lives in a 3000 Black of Sherbrooke. He took off last towards Wichita. It's an ongoing issue. 10-minutes, 1949.
