2 David 21, trying to dispute call, 113 Bayshore. It's a male Black, got a couple different calls on him, riding a bike, yelling racial slurs and threatening to 242 everybody. Last Sunday, CV stated there's 20 subjects out there who are going to fight the subject, now disconnected, trying to get further. Description of the male Black wearing a white hoodie on a bike. He's using it to assist. 2 David 21 en route to the last. It's going to be at 113 Bayshore.
