Mid-bail 61, Mid-bail 63, copy on a transient problem? 61. 63. This is at 7940 South Main Street, the Calavera Apartments. We have two people going through the dumpster in the apartment complex. They're yelling and changing their clothes in the middle of the street. It's two females, one in a black t-shirt, the other in a blue-white dress. Complainant said the dumpster is on the west side of the complex. Dispatch to 123.
