417, 411 for a disturbance, 1315 Devon Avenue, Charlie 8. 17. 11. Someone knocked the caller out, and they're talking about dogs inside. Caller is hard to understand. I also have someone who speaks Spanish on the line trying to give me further information. Possibly said he has a pistol, but it's unknown. They're asking for officers. Both units at 1502.
