Radio 14, this came over as reckless driving for Logan and Western. Western and Logan going northbound was a silver Kia Sorento. It almost hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk. The male driver with a hat and beard and some kind of Jesus bumper sticker. License plate was Young 951393.
