726 Bravo, it's going to be a 647 at 4201 East Thomas Road near Circle K. There's a female outside of the store playing in water from a broken water line. The woman is unsure if she damaged it. Possibly going to be a white female in 30s to 40s, tall, skinny-build, in dark sports bra and sweatpants, running in circles like she's on 237 David. Water streaming from a pipe above the ground, not causing any 585. No one for contact. It's 1021 hours. Units to follow. 722 Bravo. 10-4.
